Singing To Reduce Snoring

Do you know that singing exercises can cut down snoring?

Maybe singing can end that stubborn snoring once and for all. A British new study "found that a program of vocal exercises designed by a singing teacher helped reduce snoring."

By strengthening muscles in the throat, singing "also alleviated symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea, a condition in which people stop breathing during deep sleep." Performing singing exercises everyday “reduced the severity, frequency and loudness of snoring, and improved sleep quality.”
